CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will happen from time to time and I will gladly accommodate most schedule changes. If last minute cancellations with less than 24hrs notice happen more than once, the client will be charged for the missed service or I will request a prepayment for future appointments. No-show appointments without notice will be charged the 100% cancellation fee. Appointments reserved for an hour or longer will be charged the full amount of the missed service on or after the second cancellation.
