CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will happen from time to time and I will gladly accommodate most schedule changes. If last minute cancellations with less than 36hrs notice happen, the client will be charged a minimum of 50% for the missed service. There will be exceptions to each circumstance because I understand life can get in the way sometimes. Please be respectful of others by allowing enough time for another client to take that spot if you aren’t able to. No-show appointments without notice will be charged the 100% cancellation fee. Appointments reserved for an hour or longer will be charged the full amount of the missed service on or after the second cancellation.
